The Salem Lady Quakers cross country team traveled to Cuyahoga Falls to compete in the Division II-III race at the Walsh Jesuit Pat Ritchie Invitational. Salem came out on top of a competitive nine team varsity field with 68 points, besting runner-up Maplewood’s 77 points. Carly Hall lead the Lady Quakers as she placed second (19:17) overall in the 77 varsity runner field. Rounding out the Lady Quakers scoring was Molly Hopple (7th-20:49), Kami Rohm (14th-21:42), Clara Double (18th-22:02) and Halle Cochran (28th-22:26). Salem will get to run against the best northeast Ohio has to offer as they compete in the Boardman Spartan Invitational meet Saturday September 14th.
