In a matchup of the top two teams in the Eastern Buckeye Conference entering the game, the Lady Quakers came back from a double digit deficit to beat rival West Branch 48-41. It snapped a 16 game losing streak to West Branch with the last time coming 3,269 days ago with a 36-32 win at West Branch back on February 13, 2010. The last time the Lady Quakers defeated West Branch at home was back on February 14, 2009(3,633 days ago) with a 38-32 win.

The Lady Quakers were led in scoring by Echo Mayer-Kutz with 17 points and seven rebounds. Kyla Jamison added 10 points along with nine points from Casey Johnson. Ellie Davidson contributed with six points and six rebounds, along with some great defensive plays down the stretch. Annie Davidson with five points, with three of those coming in on a key three-pointer down the stretch. The Lady Quakers improve to 13-4 overall and 8-1 in Eastern Buckeye Conference play.

After having two full weeks without a game, the JV Lady Quakers fell behind early, came back, fought hard the last three quarters, but ended up coming short 50-44. JV Lady Quakers were led in scoring by trio of Krista Barley, Jenna McClish, and Abby Perry with 10 points each.

Next up for the Lady Quakers is another Eastern Buckeye conference matchup where they will travel to Minerva next Saturday. JV tip set for Noon, with Varsity to follow at approximately 1:30pm.
