Salem freshman pitcher Lane Rhodes once again pitched a great game with no run support from his offense as the Quakers were no hit by Louisville on Wednesday. Louisville scored both of their runs in the 5th with 2 outs. Rhodes went 6 innings and struck out 7 Louisville batters but walked 4 in the loss.
The Quakers fall to 6-3 overall and 1-3 in the league. Their next game is scheduled for Friday at Alliance.
